Steve Sungho Lee, who owns the building where the fire began, is facing up to 68 years in jail and thousands of dollars in fines, City Attorney Mike Feuer said in a statement on Friday. The charges include conspiracy to endanger the public health for reasons that include failure to identify aerosols, failure to maintain aisles, failure to have hazmat warnings, failure to have no smoking signs, and failure to obtain a facility permit.
